About the programme

Sitting CEOs and senior executives on the C-suite path. Senior partners. Family-office principals. Anyone whose decision quality and runway as a leader matters to the people around them over a horizon of years, not quarters. The Female CEO Longevity programme is specifically for senior women across that same operating profile.

A clinic sells you tests, supplements, and consultations. This programme teaches you what to actually measure, what the evidence says, what your data means in your role, and how to build a sustainable protocol you can run for ten years. You walk out with judgement, not a subscription.

Three things. Read a longevity claim and immediately know whether it's supported. Order the right testing for your physiology and interpret the results yourself. Run a daily protocol calibrated to your role, your travel schedule, and your stage — not a generic one. The output is a defended one-page playbook you'll actually use.

You receive a digital Expand Education certificate of completion, signed by your faculty. The programme is not CPD- or CIPD-accredited yet — we're pursuing CIPD for the HR-facing programmes specifically. The value of the certificate is the cohort network and the playbook, not a regulator badge.

Format & time commitment

CEO Lifespan runs six modules across six weeks. Female CEO Longevity runs thirteen modules across three phases (twelve to fourteen weeks). Both include a one-week graduation reflection and a quarterly alumni cadence afterwards.

One live session per week (90 minutes on CEO Lifespan; two hours on Female CEO Longevity), plus two to three hours of pre-work between sessions. Total: about five to six hours per week. The programme is designed to fit a real travel calendar, not a fantasy one.

Yes. Every live session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. Missed sessions are recoverable; missed peer dialogue is the actual cost — live attendance is strongly preferred, but we don't penalise occasional absences.

Live over Zoom, cameras on as default. Sessions are interactive: short framing from faculty, peer breakouts, case-based discussion. Not lectures with a passive audience.

Each live session includes facilitated Q&A. Between sessions you have a written Q&A channel (faculty and staff respond within 48 hours) and a peer accountability pair matched in Module 1. 1:1 coaching is available as an add-on; ask after enrolment if interested.

Applying & admissions

Peer dialogue is the single most valuable part of the cohort. We curate each cohort for balance of background, sector, and stage so the dialogue is generative. The cap of twenty-five seats per cohort is deliberate; peer dynamics break above it.

About five minutes. Five questions about you, three about fit. We reply within five business days — an acceptance, a request for a short conversation, or an honest no.

We don't publish a numeric admit rate because the constraint is cohort balance, not ranking. Strong candidates can be deferred to a later cohort if the current one is already heavy in their sector or stage. We tell you the reason if we defer.

Apply anyway. We waitlist genuinely strong candidates and notify them either when a seat opens or when the next cohort is confirmed. The seat limit is intentional — peer dynamics break above twenty-five — so cohorts do fill.

Pricing & payment

CEO Lifespan — GBP 4,000 per participant. Female CEO Longevity — GBP 6,500 per participant (reflects the longer programme and the more specialised faculty). VAT is added at checkout where applicable and reclaimable by UK VAT-registered businesses.

Yes. Most participants invoice through their company as a leadership-development expense. We supply a tax-compliant invoice on request — just reply to your receipt.

Yes. Companies sponsoring four or more leaders get a 15% group rate. Single-company cohorts (full 25 seats from one organisation, lightly customised) are bespoke. See /lms/for-companies for the full structure.

Full payment on seat confirmation, via Stripe (card) or bank transfer. Bank transfer is preferred for company-paid invoices. Instalment plans available on request; write to hello@expand.health.

Withdrawal, deferral & refunds

Withdrawal up to 14 days before cohort start: full deferral to a future cohort at no extra cost. After that: 50% credit toward a future cohort. No withdrawals once the programme has begun. We're flexible on genuine medical or family emergencies — write to hello@expand.health.

Once the programme has begun, deferral isn't available outside genuine emergencies — the cohort dynamic depends on consistent attendance. If something serious comes up, write to us and we'll find a humane way to handle it.

Privacy & health data

Your physiological data stays with you. You'll write down your baseline questionnaire, biomarkers, and playbook in your own files (a note in your phone, a personal doc, whatever you prefer). The platform does not store your health markers, and the cohort never sees specifics — only the patterns you choose to share. Privacy is a feature, not a footnote, for senior leaders.

No. Sponsoring CHROs receive a quarterly summary of cohort engagement and completion — never participant-level data, never health information. That separation is non-negotiable, and we'll decline a sponsorship arrangement that asks for it.

Company sponsorship

Three formats. Individual seats for 1–3 leaders from your company, joining mixed cohorts. Group cluster for 4+ leaders at a 15% group rate with a private intra-company channel. Single-company cohort for a full 25-seat cohort drawn from one company, with the curriculum lightly customised. Full breakdown at /lms/for-companies.

GBP 80,000–120,000 depending on customisation scope. The price reflects a full 25-seat cohort, a curriculum overlay tailored to your sector, and a CHRO + faculty review at completion. Engagement runs the same six to fourteen weeks as the standard programmes.

Faculty

Co-led by Judith Mueller (curriculum owner, two decades in executive education and executive health) and Emilian Popa (operator, ex-health AI, programme architect). Guest faculty rotate per module: clinicians for the clinical content, operators for the leadership content. Full bios at /lms/faculty.

Neither, on purpose. Judith leads the curriculum with executive education and applied health science depth. Clinical content is reviewed against peer-reviewed literature, and guest faculty include physicians for specific modules. You graduate able to have an informed conversation with your own doctor — that's the design.
