Co-founder · Faculty Lead, Female CEO Operating System
Female longevity, executive performance, and the economics of human capital
Judith is co-founder and faculty lead of The Business of Longevity Academy. She has spent two decades at the intersection of executive performance, female-specific health, and human-capital economics — advising boards, founders, and senior women on what actually changes leadership trajectories.
She is the founder of Biohacking Eve, a women-focused longevity practice, and has worked extensively with senior female leaders on the perimenopause-to-menopause transition that derails so many careers. Her clinical and coaching work has shaped the structural premise of the Female CEO Operating System: that female biology is not a deviation from a male default — it is a different operating system that high performance has to be designed around.
Judith leads the female-physiology curriculum across both flagship programmes and is the primary voice on perimenopause, hormonal health, and female-health-intelligent workplace design. She is based between Bonn and London.
