Emilian is co-founder of The Business of Longevity Academy and a serial entrepreneur in health technology. He founded and led Ilara Health, a venture-backed primary-care company across East Africa, and has since focused on AI-augmented health products and the longevity sector through Expand Health.
He brings the operator and investor lens to the curriculum: how longevity translates into measurable executive performance, how to build the business case for it inside a company, and how to evaluate an industry that mixes genuinely transformative science with expensive theatre. His work spans health AI ventures, real estate, and content distribution — all with the lens of how to keep senior leaders operating at peak for longer.
Emilian leads the strategy, investment, and business-of-longevity components of the curriculum and co-teaches CEO Lifespan with Judith. He is based in Romania and works globally.
